    We offer many pathways of support while in the program. From ‘Ask Ada’ our ai that is trained on our curriculum and over a decade of technical support, to our Student Community in Discord where all of our mentors, technical coaches, current students and alumni are all jumping in and helping each other.   • What experience do the facilitators have?
    Our mentors are working professionals in their respective industries for each discipline. To even apply to become a mentor they must have 4 years relevant professional experience. Our mentors have anywhere from 4 to over 20 years of experience.Some readers
  • Will I get one-on-one support if I’m struggling?
    You will meet with your mentor every week based on the pacing of your program and will be able to get live help during the synchronous class. You may get additional support from your mentor or a technical coach as needed and when available.Some readers

  • How do I re-enroll if I was a previous student?
    Former Flatiron students are welcome to re-enroll. If you previously passed the admissions assessment, you typically don't need to retake it. Our Live class format is no longer offered, so you'll select from our current full-time or part-time online programs. To re-enroll, contact admissions@flatironschool.com. They'll verify your previous enrollment status with Student Services and help you choose your discipline and pacing for your new cohort.Few readers
