The Work-Integrated AI Engineering Immersive is a paid apprenticeship program where you learn AI engineering while earning income through real production work. It's 100% online and comes in two pacing options:

AI Engineering Immersive (18 months) Built for learners without prior software engineering experience. You'll spend the first four months building full-stack software engineering fundamentals, then move into AI and data science coursework alongside your apprenticeship starting in Month 5.

Accelerated AI Engineering Immersive (14 months) Built for engineers who already have production coding experience. Your apprenticeship starts Day 1 alongside the AI coursework.

• Apprenticeship earnings: ~$26,000
• You come out $14,100 ahead

The apprenticeship is ~20 hours/week in a production-aligned environment, supervised by a workplace supervisor. Flatiron handles employer matching — you don't need to find your own placement.
