# Having trouble with the application form?

A few common issues and fixes:
* **Character minimums (like the 100-character experience question):** You don't need prior experience. A couple of sentences explaining why you want to learn will meet the minimum.
* **International addresses or non-U.S. states:** Our standard application form is built for U.S. residents. If you're enrolling through a partner university, use their application portal instead.
