Do I need to live in a major city to enroll?

No. All of our programs are available online. Since 2012, we’ve seen students successfully launch careers from locations across the U.S. and beyond.

I’m a complete beginner. Can I still apply?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely for most programs. Our programs are designed for students with little or no experience. You’ll start with the basics and build up to advanced skills. AI is the exception and requires some prior knowledge and skills to be admitted.

Where can I find my Genius registration information?

It will be in the email titled “Flatiron School // Access Your Account & Next Steps.” If you scroll to the bottom, you will see your username and your temporary password.

Is there an age requirement for enrolling?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our programs. There is no maximum age limit — we welcome adult learners of all ages.
